Greek Yogurt with Bananas

So my current favorite breakfast is something I learn about from my WW meeting this week...I've eaten it three times this week so far and it's only 3 points! Here's the recipe:

1/2 Banana Mashed
1/2 cup plain fat free Greek Yogurt
2 tsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp chopped toasted nuts (walnuts, pecans or almonds)

mix the mashed banana, yogurt and syrup, top with the nuts and a dash of cinnamon. Yummy!
